How to play
- Every heart you win costs you a point, and the Queen of Spades costs thirteen. Lowest total wins, so winning tricks is usually the last thing you want.
- Each deal starts with a secret swap: pick three cards to hand on, and three arrive from somebody else.
- The lowest club leads off. Follow the led suit if you can, and nothing painful goes down on the first trick.
- You cannot lead a heart until hearts have been broken, which happens the moment a heart or the Queen hits the table.
- Take every single heart AND the Queen and you have shot the moon: the whole table eats 26 instead of you.
